It will be interesting to see how the prison deals with the situation. Most likely, like in other recent cases, nothing will ever come to pass with regards to the guard who escorted the individual, then killed him. Although, it does seem likely that with new laws set by congress, officers working outside the system may have to start answering from similar crimes, especially those related to the black youth of America.

The bill states that all police officers must report each and every killing to U. S. Congress, along with the name, age, ethnicity and information in relation to why brutal force, and shots were necessary in the attempt to apprehend the individual.
While the statistics are few and far between, the numbers related to black youth to white youth killed in the United States is 21 black individuals to every one white person. These are only the statistics by police agencies who volunteered information for the survey. There are many others who were not included in the survey so the numbers may actually be much higher than stated.
